全國(guó)兩會(huì) two sessions
2025年2月27日，設(shè)在北京梅地亞中心的全國(guó)兩會(huì)新聞中心正式啟用。十四屆全國(guó)人大三次會(huì)議和全國(guó)政協(xié)十四屆三次會(huì)議將分別于3月5日和3月4日在北京開幕。
A press center for China's annual sessions of its top legislature and political advisory body, known as the "two sessions", opened at the Media Center Hotel in Beijing on February 27, 2025. The third session of the 14th National People's Congress and the third session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference will kick off on March 5 and March 4, respectively.

【知識(shí)點(diǎn)】
全國(guó)兩會(huì)是對(duì)1978年以來每年召開的中華人民共和國(guó)全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)會(huì)議和中國(guó)人民政治協(xié)商會(huì)議全國(guó)委員會(huì)會(huì)議的統(tǒng)稱，也就是我們平時(shí)說的全國(guó)人大會(huì)議和全國(guó)政協(xié)會(huì)議。由于這兩個(gè)會(huì)議會(huì)期基本同步，而且對(duì)國(guó)家運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)都非常重要，故簡(jiǎn)稱為全國(guó)兩會(huì)。
全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)是最高國(guó)家權(quán)力機(jī)關(guān)，它的常設(shè)機(jī)關(guān)是全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)。全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)和全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)行使國(guó)家立法權(quán)。全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)由省、自治區(qū)、直轄市、特別行政區(qū)和軍隊(duì)選出的代表組成，各少數(shù)民族都應(yīng)當(dāng)有適當(dāng)名額的代表。中國(guó)人民政治協(xié)商會(huì)議是中國(guó)人民愛國(guó)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的組織，是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的多黨合作和政治協(xié)商的重要機(jī)構(gòu)，是中國(guó)政治生活中發(fā)揚(yáng)社會(huì)主義民主的重要形式，是社會(huì)主義協(xié)商民主的重要渠道和專門協(xié)商機(jī)構(gòu)，是國(guó)家治理體系的重要組成部分和具有中國(guó)特色的制度安排。兩者都是每年舉行一次會(huì)議，每屆任期都是五年。

China is a socialist country of people's democratic dictatorship under the leadership of the working class based on an alliance of workers and farmers; all power of the state in China belongs to the people. People's democracy is the lifeblood of socialism, and it is integral to our efforts to build a modern socialist country in all respects. Whole-process people's democracy is the defining feature of socialist democracy; it is democracy in its broadest, most genuine, and most effective form. We must firmly stay on the path of socialist political advancement with Chinese characteristics, uphold the unity between Party leadership, the running of the country by the people, and law-based governance, and ensure the principal position of the people, so as to give full expression to their will, protect their rights and interests, and spark their creativity.
