China has issued an outline to improve the overall quality of its economy amid efforts to promote high-quality development. The country aims to boost its strength in quality and steadily increase the influence of Chinese brands by 2025, according to the document jointly issued by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council.

高質(zhì)量發(fā)展是全面建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家的重要任務(wù)。中央經(jīng)濟(jì)工作會(huì)議提出，2023年要“堅(jiān)持穩(wěn)字當(dāng)頭、穩(wěn)中求進(jìn)”，“形成共促高質(zhì)量發(fā)展合力”。開年以來，中國(guó)各地更好統(tǒng)籌經(jīng)濟(jì)質(zhì)的有效提升和量的合理增長(zhǎng)，在起跑就是“加速度”的“拼經(jīng)濟(jì)”過程中，力爭(zhēng)以新氣象新作為促進(jìn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展取得新成效。

建設(shè)質(zhì)量強(qiáng)國(guó)是推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)由大向強(qiáng)轉(zhuǎn)變的重要舉措，是滿足人民美好生活需要的重要途徑。《綱要》提出的主要目標(biāo)是：到2025年，質(zhì)量整體水平進(jìn)一步全面提高，中國(guó)品牌影響力穩(wěn)步提升，人民群眾質(zhì)量獲得感、滿意度明顯增強(qiáng)，質(zhì)量推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的作用更加突出，質(zhì)量強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)取得階段性成效。到2035年，質(zhì)量強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)基礎(chǔ)更加牢固，先進(jìn)質(zhì)量文化蔚然成風(fēng)，質(zhì)量和品牌綜合實(shí)力達(dá)到更高水平。
